With intermediate supervision, the Customer Service Representative supports the daily functions of the Health & Safety department by providing Customer service to all current and potential Central Maryland Chapter clients and customers. Processes course records and invoices, administers instructor course registration. Assists in course registration. Processes daily deposits of receipts. Provides course recommendations to participants, assures accuracy of course records and approves community course refunds.
Hiring Range: $11.83 - $13.01
