The Red Cross Student Steering CommitteeThe Student Steering Committee is a newly formed group of 35 youth leaders representing 70 high schools and three colleges in Central Maryland. "The purpose of the committee," said Bill Clarke, Youth Services Manager for the Central Maryland Red Cross," is to provide students with a leadership role within the Red Cross."

The next Steering Committee meetings will be April 8th, and then June 3, 2000.
