We are currently seeking 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide individualized support for people in their own homes, in family homes, or within their communities.

Responsibilities:

As a 1-1 Direct Support Professional , you will assist with:

• Community Connections & Social Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining social relationships, encouraging community engagement, and promoting inclusion.
• Shopping: Provide support with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
• Paperwork: Assist with personal paperwork such as addressing mail, paying bills, and staying organized with necessary documentation.
• Light Housework: Help with household tasks, including budgeting, meal preparation, and general home organization.
• Appointments: Provide transportation and/or accompany the individual to appointments, offering support as needed.
• Problem Solving, Support & Advocacy: Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making and problem-solving while advocating for the individual’s needs and preferences.

Big Lake, Elk River, Loretto, Nowthen, St. Cloud, Zimmerman

Shifts:

E/O weekend 7am-3pm	Big Lake
E/O Wednesday 12-3/4pm	Big Lake
Thursday 11am-2pm	Big Lake
Tuesdays 10-6pm, Thursday 10-4pm	Big Lake
Thursday 4-8pm	Big Lake
Tues & Thurs 3:30pm-7:30pm	St. Cloud
4 hours Every other Friday 10a-2p or 11a-3p or 12-4p or 1p-5p	Nowthen
Varies	Loretto
Open to M/T/W/Th 330-630pm	Elk River

Wage: $17.00/hour

What You Need:

• A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• At least 18 years of age .
• A valid US driver’s license and Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Reliable Transportation with Insurance Coverage
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS .
