This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, starting on days and then transitioning into a modified second shift, offering consistency and stability during the workweek.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Food Manufacturing Warehouse & Packaging Supervisor, you will spend your days leading staff and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and production areas. You will manage and monitor inventory across both internal and outside warehouses, ensuring blends are prepared on time to meet customer needs and that stock levels remain accurate. Each day, you will ensure compliance and efficiency in warehouse and production processes by organizing workloads, optimizing manpower, and maintaining adherence to safety and food safety standards. You will supervise approximately 12 production employees, coordinating schedules, training, and assigning work. You will work closely with the QA department, oversee sanitation and warehouse equipment, and use the JDE system to control and track inventory. You will also maintain production records, lead cycle counts and physical inventory programs, and implement 5S principles in the Grinding & Blending area. Throughout your day, you will anticipate and solve problems, support smooth operations, and ensure that all work is completed on time and in line with production schedules.

FOOD MANUFACTURING WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR: WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of warehousing, manufacturing, or production experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems and meet deadlines consistently
• Proficiency with data entry and inventory software/systems
• Physical ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in conditions that may include exposure to cold, heat, humidity, mechanical parts, chemicals, and moderate noise

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Food manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of inventory management software and organizational computer applications
