Our team focuses on interactive presentations, customer education, and building long term relationships in high traffic in person environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Face to Face Account Manager to support our direct sales operations. In this role, you will engage with customers in person, build relationships, answer questions, and manage follow up while supporting ongoing promotional campaigns. This is not cold calling or telemarketing. All interactions are created through face to face outreach in designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in person
• Explain product benefits clearly and answer questions
• Manage customer accounts and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate notes and account activity
• Work with team members to support daily goals
• Participate in promotional events and in person campaigns
• Attend weekly training to continue developing sales and account management skills
