POSITION SUMMARY

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our receivables, ensuring timely collection, and fostering positive relationships with our clients, both customers and suppliers. Your expertise in accounts receivable processes will be crucial in maintaining our company’s financial health and contributing to our ongoing success.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must possess:

• • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with route accounting system, Encompass, is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

o Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.

o Manage a team of accounts receivable staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth.

o Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.

o Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide insights to senior management on outstanding balances and collection trends.

o Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.

o Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable performance to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the collection process.

o Other responsibilities as supervisor sees fit.
