POSITION OVERVIEW
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager oversees the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records. This role reports to the Finance Director and supervises the AR team.

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, and payment processing
• Supervise and develop a team of AR specialists
• Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues
• Prepare monthly AR reports and forecasts for management
• Implement and maintain AR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing a team

• Commercial AR experience, particularly in B2B environments
• Experience with process improvement and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
