Job Description

A Fintech organization in Austin is in search of a temporary Ad Tech Operations Manager to manage user access and user security for SaaS products. This role ensures the effective use of advertising technology platforms while maintaining compliance and best practices. The Project Manager will also focus on continuous improvement to optimize platform performance.

• This is a hybrid role (3x per week) in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Access Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews of user access to internal and external platforms to maintain security and compliance
• User Access Management: Oversee user access across advertising and social platforms, ensuring proper configuration and compliance with internal policies
• Social Media Monitoring: Collaborate with teams to implement monitoring solutions that detect and mitigate suspicious activities across social media channels
• Platform Configuration and Audits: Maintain accurate platform configurations, update governance documents, and perform regular audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in platform management processes and stay updated on the latest trends in AdTech

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS products, focusing on AdTech
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Strong experience with user access management, platform configuration and social media monitoring tools
• Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives to improve platform efficiency and security
