Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintains composure in a busy environment, and can effectively balance both administrative and reception duties. This position requires someone who's comfortable with technology while maintaining a friendly, approachable presence at the front desk.

 

Job Description

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and staff
  • Manage incoming calls on a single-line phone system
  • Handle visitors' check-in and maintain a secure front desk environment
  • Process invoices through the Ariba system, including purchase requisitions and goods receipts
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Skills Required

  • 2-5 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. English proficient
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to details
  • Customer service oriented, flexible to fill in where needed in the business

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  •   No degree required

 

Additional Requirements

  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
