Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary The Supervisor, Passenger Services oversees airport passenger service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. They monitor staff performance, provide training, and maintain a fair, respectful work environment.Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide training and development to subordinates.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, security, and employee relations.
• Administer fair and respectful practices for all staff and third parties.Minimum Requirements
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
• Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.Preferred Skills
• Ability to compute rate, percent and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Ability to handle stress.
• Work in a high noise level environment.
