Leasing Consultant – Roanoke, VA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $17-$20 Based on experience

Career Strategies is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in Roanoke, VA . We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and experience in residential leasing.

Responsibilities include:

• Touring prospective residents and providing excellent customer service
• Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
• Assisting with leasing paperwork and applications
• Inputting data and maintaining accurate records
• Handling resident inquiries and service requests
• Supporting the property management team with daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Tax Credit or Affordable House experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar (a plus!)
• Reliable and able to work Monday through Friday
