We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Tour, Tour, Tour! Have a friendly, personable, attitude and be ready to welcome and sell prospects on our community!
• Deliver a positive experience in all interactions - residents, vendors, and prospects
• Upkeep daily notes, paperwork, and all other documents
• Follow up with prospects daily
• Negotiate lease terms
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Weekly market research
• Assist with resident retention
• Posting and responding on social media platforms
• Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or sales is required
• Ability to build rapport with both prospects and tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a "can-do" attitude
• You like to think outside the box
• High school diploma or equivalent to
• Have a drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends
