The Lundgren family of dealerships have an opening for a service department manager in or Audi/VW dealership. We are part of a family-owned dealer group with 60+ years in the automotive business. Your qualifications should include but are not limited to:
  • The ability to effectively manage workflow of a busy automotive service department.
  • The ability to continuously motivate and coach staff with positive, timely feedback and clear direction to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Possess extensive customer service experience and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Proven ability to build and execute effective growth strategies.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time on an ongoing basis.
  • The ability to collaborate with others to provide timely and accurate customer service.
  • Knowledge of automobiles and repair.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Cash handling and credit card processing experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
