What You’ll Do * Guide customers through their vehicle buying journey, from test drive to delivery * Build relationships with customers to create repeat business and referrals * Stay up to date on Mazda products, services, and financing options * Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics * Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems * Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For * Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * What We Offer * Competitive pay: base salary + commission + performance bonuses * Paid training and ongoing professional development * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match
