Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)® are responsible for the development and oversight of clients’ behavioral programming and implementation.

Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree
BCBA® certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah
Reliable attendance
Ability to respond to challenging behavior, including aggression, after training
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Preferred Requirements
Two years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism
Experience conducting skill-based assessments
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and related behavior plans
Experience training and supervising behavior technicians
Responsibilities
Conduct skill-based assessments
Conduct functional assessments
Develop treatment plans according to funder specifications
Develop individualized skill-based curriculum
Develop functional behavior plans
Train staff to conduct skill acquisition protocols with high fidelity
Provide consistent oversight and feedback to behavior technicians
Complete caregiver coaching
Write monthly progress reports
Complete reassessment and treatment plans in a timely manner
Wage
Annual salary of $85,000
