  Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs, aligning with project objectives and company goals.
• Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test plans, validating solutions, and ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes, systems, and data.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, support, or technical analysis role.
• Experience with ERP implementation and/or Data Warehousing and Analytics.
• Experience being the interface to stakeholders to relate status, solution, or internal escalation
• Experience working closely with development teams to explain process, problem, or context to achieve the best outcome.
• Experience writing SQL queries a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.

  Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm

  Physical Demands:

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.

  Compensation:

• $90,000 - $110,000/Year
