Valid CDL (Class A or B)not required but must be obtained within 6 months of employment, with a clean driving record.
1+ years of experience in sign installation or related construction/electrical field preferred.
Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings, measurements.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and DOT regulations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
