Overview Employment Type: Contract | Industry: Assembly Electronic | Job Number: 50532193 | Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour Cell Phone Repair Technician – Job Summary Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Repair Technician for a company based in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for working with PC-based software applications for testing, flashing, restoring, clearing, and tracking work performed on devices. Pay Rate $17.00 - $20.00 DOE Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Read and comprehend English language Work Instructions, Shop Floor Database interface, and spoken directions. Maintain good attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to discern minor differences in small parts. Accurately complete processes within established time standards. Experience with PC-based software applications for testing, flashing, restoring, clearing, and tracking work performed to devices. Use small hand tools to disassemble, perform modular component replacement, and reassemble smartphones and tablets. Troubleshoot and determine defective modular components. Multi-task by working multiple devices simultaneously (e.g., restore a device while resetting another and disassembling another). Experience: minimum 1+ year of direct repair experience.
