The Bunny Hive is a social club for little ones and their grownups, ages infant to kindergarten. We provide a range of engaging "grown-up and me" classes and social events, where children can learn through play while grown-ups bond with their little ones and connect with new friends. Our beautiful and thoughtfully designed environment sets us apart as a special haven for families. Our studio will be located right outside of UT campus in the Western Plaza shopping center.

Now Hiring: The Bunny Hive Knoxville is looking for charismatic and personable individuals with a passion for early childhood development to join our team. As a full-time or part-time teacher at The Bunny Hive Knoxville, you will guide littles and their caregivers through a variety of classes—art, ballet, music, culinary exploration and more. Beyond teaching, you will facilitate connection amongst clients and deliver top-level service and experiences.

What You’ll Bring to Life:

• Execute 30-minute classes from The Bunny Hive curriculum in the subjects such as art, music, ballet and more through provided curriculum training
• Collaborate on curriculum refinement, special seasonal classes and events, and enriching our community experience
• Provide excellent client service to families by developing personable and professional relationships with clients, checking families in and out for classes, and answering questions with speed and professionalism
• Foster a nurturing space where families form lasting friendships
• Ensure our beautiful space stays clean and ready for each class

Our Ideal Team Member Has:

• Background in education, theater, or similar, nanny experience, or experience teaching preschool age children and younger
• A naturally warm presence and a reliable, dedicated approach to work
• The gift of connecting meaningfully with both children and their grown-ups
• Self-motivation and a desire to deliver beyond expectations
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help continuously improve The Bunny Hive experience

Compensation: $17/hour starting pay with benefits including performance incentives and PTO. This position offers exceptional growth potential, with opportunities for advancement to a Studio Director role.
