Clinical Manager ER

Salary Range: $101,000 - $135,000 annually

Lead the ER Department: Manage and coordinate clinical activities to deliver quality patient care under the direction of the Program Director.
Set Goals & Prioritize: Establish objectives based on patient needs, staff requirements, and organizational goals.
Span of Care: Provide services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Manage Staff: Oversee and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards, policies, and procedures within the department.
Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in an ER or management setting
Supervisory Experience: 3–5 years in a management/supervisory role
Licensure: Current New Mexico RN License or Compact RN License
Certifications: CPR certification required
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on qualifications)
