Cloud Solution Specialist (Onboarding)
Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
Location : Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, this is a hybrid work opportunity.

As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will get to:

• Lead onboarding engagements for all our customers to Azure & AWS Cloud Platform.

•Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver customer on-boarding and provide inputs into onboarding process improvement.

•Provide technical guidance to customers during the on-boarding process, including core services related to system architecture & connectivity of their environments.

•Report on status updates & KPIs for all engagements and provide input to improve the process and enhance our customer’s onboarding experience.

•You will work closely with our customer-facing, data migration, support & engineering organizations to ensure successful customer onboarding.

•You will work cross-functionally with Sales support, Engineering, global support teams to ensure a unified customer onboarding experience.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Specialist(Azure Onboarding) with:

Technical Knowledge

• Create the Instance as per requirement by using Manual or Automated method.
• Modify the resources of instances like CPU, RAM or Disk as per user requirement.
• Schedule backup of Instances or its volumes as per organization backup policy.
• Configure RDS and another services backup, Troubleshoot the OS related issues.
• Access management
• Manage the Patches on all Servers for Operating Systems as per Organization patch management Policy.
• Optimize the compute related billing by tracking its usage.
• Create the VPC inside Cloud Network as per Network Design.
• Maintain the Security group/List, Firewall rules of the subnets.
• Maintain the Routing tables, Create the Load Balancers.
• Monitor and create the virtual network gateways.
• Troubleshoot the Network related issues.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience on azure onboarding process.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Strong hands-on in Azure, AWS IAAS, PAAS
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and LINUX operating systems

• Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer

• Support and maintain AWS workloads according to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Perform operations by using the AWS Management Console and the AWS CLI.
• Represents Infrastructure and enforce Cloud Services standards with global services and/or partners.

• Strong understanding of Operating systems (RH Linux and Windows) and troubleshooting methodologies
• Ability to be part of an On-Call Rotation and perform weekend activities as needed.
• ITIL Practice
• Experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems.
• The ability to be a team player.
• The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Qualification/Certification:

• A professional certification in AWS in any one of the following:
  • Certified SysOps Administrator
  • Solution Architect
