Day-in-the-Life: Build Precision That Improves Lives

As our CNC Mill‑Turn Specialist, you’ll spend your shift setting up and running multi‑axis mill‑turn equipment to create precision medical instruments and implants. Your evening begins with verifying setups and tools, reviewing work orders in the Epicor Labor Entry system, and walking through inspection check‑sheets. From there, you’ll machine, deburr, and verify parts with meticulous care—keeping quality and on‑time delivery front and center.

Shift & Schedule

• 2nd or 3rd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:30pm–3:00am or 7:30pm–6:00am
• Shift premium: 15%

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and care for CNC mill‑turn machines, finishing equipment, hand tools, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, inspection check‑sheets, and job instructions with precision.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, and other basic metrology tools.
• Deburr components to specification and finish standards.
• Adjust offsets, perform tool changes, and fine‑tune processes as needed.
• Use the Epicor Labor Entry system to record labor and monitor work orders.
• Own internal and external quality in your area, escalating issues early.
• Drive continuous improvement for both quality and delivery performance.
• Execute the production plan to hit customer due dates.
• Help train teammates in your area when needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands‑on CNC mill‑turn experience.
