Role Description

This is a 30-40 hrs per week on-site role for a Compounding Pharmacy Technician located in Sarasota, FL. The Technician will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing both compounding and retail prescriptions, managing pharmacy inventory, and ensuring accurate inventory control. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service and answering patient queries regarding medications and wellness products. Occasionally, door-to-door marketing and cold outreach to local doctors' offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling prescriptions and working in a pharmacy setting
• Experienced in Compounding is required.
• Experienced in online and local marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and practice experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Skills in managing inventory control within a pharmacy
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist patients effectively
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team efforts

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $22/hr.
• 5 Major Holidays paid after 3 months of employment.
• Health Savings after 6 months of employment.
• One week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
