Position Overview
Stiltz Homelifts is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to drive business growth by optimizing the performance of our digital marketing channels, with a primary focus on website development, landing page performance, and email marketing conversions. This role requires expertise in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the creation and ongoing management of landing pages. The CRO Specialist will leverage data analysis, A/B testing, and UX principles to improve lead generation and customer engagement while working closely with internal teams and franchisees.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytically minded, and technically skilled, with hands-on experience in website development, coding, and marketing technology integrations. They will also play a key role in bringing best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to Stiltz, including evaluating and implementing tools or methodologies to enhance cohort analysis, segmentation strategies, and lead conversion efforts.

Experience with NetSuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities: 

Optimization & Performance Growth 

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve website and email conversion rates. 
  • Analyze user behavior, track KPIs, and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and engagement. 
  • Evaluate and implement CRO tools and methodologies to enhance customer segmentation and cohort-based optimization. 
  • Own, monitor, and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement rates, and ROI. 

Website & Landing Page Management 

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain landing pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted, high-impact content that aligns with business objectives and marketing KPIs. 
  • Implement best practices for page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. 
  • Partner with designers and developers to enhance user experience (UX) and page performance. 

Data-Driven Strategy & Execution 

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, and NetSuite to analyze website performance and identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms, including website, email, text, and phone channels. 
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support growth initiatives. 

Collaboration with Dealer & Franchise Support 

  • Work closely with dealers & franchise partners to develop localized marketing strategies and optimize digital assets. 
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across franchisee microsites and landing pages.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on best practices to franchisees for digital marketing strategies. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or website development.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization and landing page creation.
  • Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (intermediate proficiency required for NetSuite integrations).
  • Experience implementing and managing A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.).
  • Proven ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize conversion rate software and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and cohort management, particularly for an older affluent demographic.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively. 

Preferred:

  • Experience in the aging-in-place, home modification, or home mobility industry.
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • CRM and customer journey mapping experience.
  • Certifications in CRO, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.

  2. Increase email engagement and lead conversions by Y% within the first year. 
  3. Implement at least 3 data-driven experiments per quarter with measurable improvements.
