- Responsible for providing administrative support and analyzes invoices and reports.
What You'll Do - Maintains supplies and forms
- Oversees payroll and distribution of paychecks
- Coordinates with uniform suppliers to ensure officers are outfitted properly
- Instructs each new class on the proper method of filling out time sheets for submission
- Provides administrative input for various situations that may develop
- Schedules of all officers, lead officers, and control center operators
- Coordinates information gathered from the Pass Bureau, Human Resources, and other outside agencies to ensure that office policies are proper and correct
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - High School diploma or GED Equivalency
- 6 months Security Services experience
- Previous administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of budgets, purchasing, scheduling, and inventory procedures
- Knowledge of AWA and Security Services policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a confidential environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
