Job Summary

 

Corporate Executive Coordinator requires exceptional leadership skills, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, acts as a primary point of contact between high-level executives, the dining service staff, and the kitchen in a corporate setting, ensuring smooth communication, managing conference reservations, dietary needs, and coordinating special requests to deliver a seamless, high-end dining experience for important guests and internal clients while fostering a positive atmosphere.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of dining staff, including full time servers, and contingent employees.
  • Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient operations and smooth service delivery. Knowledge of C-Suite Services
  • Oversee the set-up and preparation of dining areas, ensuring proper table settings, cleanliness, and organization
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meeting and training topics.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
  • Reserve Conference Rooms and create BEO for all departments. Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of alcoholic, nonalcoholic beverages, and dining supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure accurate menu presentation, including descriptions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Coordinate with culinary team to execute menu items consistently and maintain high food quality standards.
  • Work in tandem with the Assistant General Manager to support operational needs.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Outstanding Food knowledge
  • Outstanding Beverage knowledge
  • Familiar with Reservations System and creating BEO’s.Required to lift up to 30lbs
  • Available to work late nights, and long days as necessary
  • Able to stand for a 12-14-hour shift
  • Identifies ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or outcomes

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Decisions for the business.
  • 3+ years fine dining and or luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Experience in Corporate facility.
  • Management or Supervisory experience preferred
  • Commitment to excellence is required
  • Passion for food and the hospitality industry is required
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • ServeSafe Certified
