The Spa Manager at Soho House is dedicated to health and wellness and leads the Soho House Cowshed Spa. Main Duties Influential beauty and wellness leader responsible for providing high quality services and elevated experiences to members and guests. Oversee Cowshed Spa team (reception, therapists, nail technicians, barbers, estheticians), including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and disciplinary procedures. Create and monitor budget and forecast; identify service opportunities and adjust to increase profit margins. Ensure all financial transactions comply with finance procedures, partner with General Manager and local leadership for reporting on monthly performance. Collaborate with Marketing and Events team to promote services, retail products, and amenities. Prepare and maintain detailed records of day‑to‑day operations; manage spa database systems for sales, renewals, direct debits, customer exits, membership numbers. Vendor management; procurement; maintain equipment safety and lubrications. Adhere to health and safety policy and enforce compliance with company policies, regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in a similar role within retail, beauty, health, or wellness. Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety matters. Strong communication, people skills, business savvy and technology efficient. Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. Bachelor’s degree in sport science, business administration, management, or related field. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, carry at least 30 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend for long periods. Ability to kneel, bend, crouch, climb occasionally.
