Maxwell is looking for a Creative Director to create and supervise photography, video, and writing on the Maxwell social media channels, websites, and blogs to tell the story of Maxwell. This person should be talented at writing and communicating in all forms of media and be able to translate the Maxwell vision into various types of short‑form and long‑form content. Day to Day Responsibilities Supervise photoshoots to generate content for Instagram, TikTok, and the Maxwell website. Concept and develop digital content series, write scripts & direct videographers. Create reels and video content that dive into Maxwell history, Maxwell concept, and more. Supervise interview series for our hospitality blog & content. Develop and supervise LinkedIn content strategy. Write, schedule, and supervise all newsletter content to our 20,000+ subscribers. Manage the Maxwell Substack, Cafe Society, writing and editing opinion pieces. Onboard and supervise new photographers. Develop and test content that drives new memberships and event bookings.
