The Role

We are expanding our  Customer Acceleration Team to strengthen the link between our customers, AI technology, and product teams. AI is set to transform every industry, and in healthcare, this shift is happening now. As a  Customer Acceleration Manager , you will play a pivotal role in integrating AI into healthcare workflows by ensuring a structured and effective feedback loop between our customers and product teams.

You will be responsible for  guiding customers through seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization , ensuring their needs and insights directly inform product development. Your ability to  translate customer feedback into actionable insights will help us continuously refine our solutions while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Process & Adoption

  • Lead structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth adoption of Corti’s AI-powered solutions.

  • Design and implement best practices that optimize customer workflows and improve the overall user experience.

  • Work closely with customers to  track adoption milestones , measure impact, and iterate on strategies for long-term success.

Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish  clear, structured channels for customer feedback to be systematically captured and relayed to internal teams.

  • Work closely with  Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate customer insights into product refinements, ensuring Corti continuously evolves to meet real-world needs.

  • Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their feedback influences product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

  • Develop and maintain a structured approach to tracking common issues, feature requests, and adoption challenges.

Customer & Partner Support

  • Serve as the  go-to expert for customers navigating Corti’s solutions, providing guidance and best practices to drive efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain  comprehensive documentation, training materials, and support structures to help customers scale their usage of Corti.

  • Foster a collaborative relationship with partners and customers, ensuring that their engagement with Corti is both seamless and impactful.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Partner with the  Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations, sales commitments, and actual product capabilities.

  • Work alongside the  Customer Relationship Team to proactively address customer concerns and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.

  • Ensure that knowledge is systematically shared and documented across teams using HubSpot, Notion, and other internal tools.

What Success Looks Like (Three-Month Review)

By the end of your first three months, you will have:

✅ Established a  clear and structured feedback loop between customers and product teams.

✅  Optimized support flows at Corti , streamlining how customers receive assistance and ensuring quick resolution of their needs.

✅ Anchored every customer interaction in a plan to  create “moments that matter,” fostering loyalty and advocacy .

✅ Built strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring they are on a positive adoption trajectory.

✅ Improved internal documentation and knowledge-sharing processes, making  HubSpot and Notion cleaner and more structured than ever .

✔ Are highly organized, able to  document, track, and prioritize customer needs with clarity.

✔ Thrive in a  fast-moving, high-impact environment where continuous improvement is key.

✔ Have the ability (or willingness) to  travel and meet customers in person when needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Customer Adoption & Engagement – Ensuring customers maximize value from Corti’s solutions.

  • Feedback Integration – Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product feedback loop.

  • Customer Retention & Satisfaction – Ensuring our customers remain engaged and advocate for Corti.

  • Revenue Impact – Expanding accounts and increasing ARR through upsell and improved retention.

Practicalities

  • The role is part of the  Commercial Team .

  • Reports to the  Head of Customer Acceleration .

  • Full-time position.
