Overview:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our luxury clientele in Miami. You will manage incoming client communications, assist with inquiries, and ensure an exceptional experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to relay customer needs
Maintain CRM records with updated customer notes and follow-ups
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
Provide white-glove service to high-end real estate clients and prospects
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or HubSpot
High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
