Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher
Location: Miramar Beach, Florida (On-Site Only)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and provide top-notch customer service will be key to success.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Assign daily work orders to technicians and other team members.
Assist with marketing and sales efforts to grow customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, return calls, and address concerns with care.
Maintain office operations, including organizing paperwork and processing purchase orders.
Support other team members as needed, including cross-training in related areas.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Typing skills are a plus!

This is an on-site position in Miramar Beach, Florida. Remote work is not available.
