What You Will Be Doing: As the Cyber Security Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures for Microsoft Intune and Office 365 environments. You will also oversee the management of device security policies, application control, and data protection configurations within Microsoft Intune. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies and procedures for Microsoft Intune and Office 365 environments. Oversee the management of device security policies, application control, and data protection configurations within Microsoft Intune. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities within the organization’s IT infrastructure. Ensure adherence with all relevant Cybersecurity compliance requirements, i.e. CMMC Manage the response to security incidents and breaches, including the investigation and remediation processes. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all cloud services and applications. Lead the evaluation and mitigation of third-party risks, ensuring that vendor security practices meet organizational standards. Provide training and guidance to staff on cyber security best practices and awareness. Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization’s security posture. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For: To be successful in this position you should have a working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC’s and their components, Active Directory, group policy, NTFS security, and common software applications. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision is required for this position as well. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cyber Security, or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on cloud services and endpoint management. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable. Required Qualifications/Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Office 365 security features and configurations. Strong understanding of vulnerability management and third-party risk assessment methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
