We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Typist to assist with entering and updating information in our digital systems. This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time position that requires basic computer skills and attention to detail. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
Accurately type and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company platforms
Review and correct errors in data entries
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and maintain files and records electronically
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Communicate with supervisors or team members via email or chat as needed
Basic knowledge of typing and computer use
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Self-discipline and ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools (a plus)
Fully remote — work from home
