Job Description:

Global R&D Learning and Development is seeking a digital learning experience developer focused on LXPs (Learning Experience Platforms) responsible for designing and developing engaging, personalized, and effective learning experiences within the LXP framework. The role would require expertise in instructional design, LXP administration, and understanding of adult learning principles. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences within the organization's Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The LXP Developer will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other L&D professionals to ensure that learning programs are effective, learner-centered, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• LXP Administration & Configuration:
• Manage the LXP platform, including user access, content management, and system updates.
• Configure and customize the LXP to meet specific learning needs and organizational goals.
• Adaptive learning systems: Implementing AI-driven platforms that personalize the learning experience based on individual learner data.
• Social learning platforms: Facilitating peer-to-peer learning and collaboration through social media tools and online communities.
• Instructional Design & Content Development:
• Develop and design engaging digital learning content and experiences, utilizing various learning formats (e.g., videos, interactive modules, simulations).
• Learning resource development: Creating diverse learning materials such as interactive e-books, video tutorials, and digital workbooks.
• Advanced multimedia production: Producing high-quality videos, animations, and graphics to enrich learning content.
• Compliance and regulatory training: Developing training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Learning Experience Design:
• Design personalized and adaptive learning paths based on learner roles, goals, and skill gaps.
• Create engaging microlearning experiences and opportunities for social learning and knowledge sharing.
• Gamification strategies: Applying game design elements to learning activities to increase motivation and engagement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze learner data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine learning experiences.
• Generate reports on LXP usage, learning outcomes, and engagement metrics.
• Learning analytics and reporting: Using data analytics to track learner progress, engagement, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• User Support & Training:
• Provide technical support to LXP users and address their questions and issues.
• Create user guides and training materials to help users effectively utilize the LXP.
• Stay Up-to-Date:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital learning, instructional design, and LXP technologies.

Skills:
3+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or LXP development

· Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning techniques.

· Experience with LXP platforms

· Familiarity with various learning content creation tools

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

· Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Data analysis and reporting skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
