* 401(K) Plan Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cultivate safe and supportive relationshl supports via natural supports
Assist individuals with developing socialization, meal preparation, and personal hygiene skills.
Transport individuals to medical appointments, shopping, and recreation activities.
Assist individuals to identify and facilitate volunteer opportunities or paid employment.
Complete training based on the needs of the individuals
Complete in-house documentation

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray and physical will be required
Background check will be required
Valid drivers' license with an acceptable driving record required.
Current CPR Certification a plus
Med Trained a plus
