Eagle Plumbing Repairs And Drain Cleaning in Kenner, LA, seeks a dispatcher to join our team. We are located at 819 Veterans Blvd—suite 204. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard worker. Primary responsibility will be answering the phone, booking service calls, and making follow-up calls to customers. Additional position responsibilities include assistance with general office duties. We care about our customers, and we care about our team. Qualifications:

Must be able to work with very minimal supervision

Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor

Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail

Must have strong computer and tech ability.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook software.

Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications

Must be willing to answer calls (remotely) on a rotating weekend and evening schedule

Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties

Customer service experience preferred

Interacting well with all employees and performing as a team player are essential.
