Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher (Remote)

To be considered for the position, you will need the following:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment. Remote experience counts toward this minimum.
• Exceptional customer service, with proven ability to manage and resolve challenging situations calmly.
• Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and dependable attitude.
• Proficient computer skills.
• A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
• A home WINDOWS 10 or higher PC (desktop, laptop)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• A Computer Headset with Microphone
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required (additional pay for bilingual)
• Comfort in selling calls to customers.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for various shifts which will include weekends
