Qualifications Expert level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proven track record of moving numbers: open rates, click‑throughs, engagement, and action. Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into marketing workflows.
