Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – Free Standing ED (FSED) – Flexible Shifts

Compensation:
Base Pay: $27.72 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)
5+ years: $33.00/hr
10+ years: $36.30/hr
15+ years: $39.60/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case
Job Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in an emergency setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans for optimal outcomes
Prioritize and manage multiple patients simultaneously
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for coordinated care
Provide discharge instructions and appropriate follow-up referrals
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience required
Education: Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma
License: Active RN license in Florida or multistate license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Certifications:
BLS – Required before start
ACLS and PALS – Required within 90 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
