Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and management to gather, analyze, and interpret data, ensuring the company makes informed and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports to support business objectives. Assist in the preparation of dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights. Maintain and update databases, ensuring proper documentation of processes and results. Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis Toolpak). Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present data insights clearly. Experience No prior professional experience is required; this role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in data analysis or related fields. Working Hours Full-time position with standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM . Flexibility for occasional overtime depending on project requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong numerical and statistical aptitude. Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Proactive approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. Adaptable to new tools and technologies in the evolving data landscape.
