Entry-Level Trauma Registrar

Qualifications:

• Some experience in trauma registry, medical records, or healthcare data entry preferred.
• Completion of AIS Coding and ATS Trauma Registry courses required before contract start.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and coding.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Enter and update trauma patient data in the registry system.
• Assist with verifying and validating patient records.
• Maintain compliance with trauma data reporting regulations.
• Support trauma team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Learn and apply trauma registry coding standards.
