What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including new construction, re-roofing, and repairs
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive bids
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details
• Assist in bid strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing to support future estimates
