Now Hiring: Event Staff (Seasonal Position)

FREIGHT, Leadville

Seasonal | Hourly | 4-20 hrs per week

We’re looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our Event Staff team for the upcoming season, June-October! This role is essential to making our events run smoothly and creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for all guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Event setup and breakdown – tables, chairs, décor, signage, and more
• Keeping the venue clean and presentable throughout the event (restocking restrooms, clearing dishes/glassware, trash runs, etc.)
• Assisting with food and beverage stations – helping restock, clearing, or serving when needed
• Providing excellent customer service – greeting guests, answering questions, helping with directions, and ensuring everyone feels welcome

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a team player with a positive attitude
• Can lift and move event furniture and supplies (up to ~50 lbs)
• Stays focused in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Is professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Is available evenings and weekends (most events occur during these times)
