**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
* Travel Logistics: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives.
* Communication: Ensure timely communication and documentation.
* Time Management: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks and help optimize their time.
* Understanding Goals: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship.
* Administrative Tasks: Support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.
* Research Support: Conduct necessary research as required by the executive.
* Personalized Assistance: Cater to individual preferences and requirements of the executive.
**Requirements**
* Candidates with 2+ years of experience, to seasoned Virtual Executive Assistants
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
* Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset.
* Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
* Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
* Detail-oriented and methodical in work approach.
* Flexibility to work night or graveyard shifts as required.
