Responsibilities

• Set up, fine-tune, and program additional logic for new projects
• Respond to customer service calls and maintenance needs effectively
• Automate and integrate industrial packaging machinery, including VFFS and HFFS systems
• Perform maintenance repairs, system overhauls, and troubleshooting on existing equipment
• Capture customer information for invoicing purposes
• Log all customer calls and activity, tracking expenses incurred during service delivery

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Proven experience in relevant technical roles
• Strong background in customer service and technical support

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in relevant fields are preferred
