This position will play a central role in implementing UI/UX designs, documenting functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from brand, content, demand generation, and IT to deliver site experiences that are fast, mobile-friendly, intuitive, and conversion-driven. While the position reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing, the developer will actively collaborate with the IT team to ensure that development plans remain consistent with broader business and technology strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or similar).
  • Design and implement responsive interfaces that function seamlessly across devices and browsers.
  • Translate Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, accessible layouts.
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and enforce brand consistency across all UI elements and user interactions.
  • Document functional requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business rules related to front-end functionality and marketing integrations.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing & IT stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback , run UI testing/QA cycles , and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with backend developers and IT to integrate APIs, CMS, CRM (SalesForce), and marketing tools (e.g., SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager).
  • Partner with UX/UI designers, sales, and marketing leadership to deliver continual website enhancements and A/B testing features.
  • Maintain code quality and best practices through reusable components, documentation, and workflows.
  • Implement performance monitoring and accessibility standards.
  • Identify and advocate for opportunities to modernize the tech stack or improve workflows.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the web team and other stakeholders ensuring quick and satisfactory response.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

COMPENTENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proven ability to build responsive, mobile-optimized websites.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and brand systems.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and modern deployment pipelines.
  • Hands on experience with markup languages.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process – design, development, and deployment.
  • Understanding layout aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, structured data, and analytics implementation.
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and content management systems (Wordpress).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for clear documentation and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of work experience and education in computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development for marketing, content-rich or ecommerce websites.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
