Job Description
We are seeking a General Office Worker for our Property Management Company to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative tasks to drive company success. We are hiring for a part-time position that can lead to full-time and additional responsibilities for the right candidate. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as four paid holidays.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries from tenants, owners, and vendors.
Maintain and update tenant and property records in the company database.
Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
Process rental payments accurately.
Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documentation as needed.
Support property managers with scheduling inspections, meetings, and appointments.
Ensure the office is organized, supplies are stocked, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or office experience is a must.
Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Drive and Google Docs, and experience with property management software are a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
