This role will focus on managing projects related to the activation of new services or sites and driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Coordinate the activation of new ambulatory services or sites, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Identify opportunities for process improvement within ambulatory care operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure successful project outcomes and seamless integration of new services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout project execution. Experience: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in project management within a healthcare setting, particularly in ambulatory care. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, service activation, and process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. Required: Epic, Smartsheet, MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio) Optional: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI Detail-Oriented Time Management Creative Thinking/Problem Solver Bachelor's degree in a clinical or life science-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university The target hiring compensation range for this role is $86 to $96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
