Responsibilities

• Check in guests, manage reservations, and conduct nightly audits to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with a team during night shifts (Swing schedule) typically covering late evening to early morning hours.
• Engage with guests and staff to support smooth hotel operations and guest experiences.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in front office software and accounting tools for managing financial records accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on checking front office accounting records and summarizing information.
• Strong communication skills to represent the hotel effectively to guests and visitors and assist with reservations and special requests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and the ability to perform cashiering tasks (posting charges and managing deposits).
• A solid understanding of the hotel's services, room statuses, and promotional programs to provide exceptional service.
