We’re looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Clare, Michigan . Whether you’re just starting your HVAC career or bring years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
In this hands-on role, you’ll perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while collaborating with supervisors, customers, and subcontractors. We value technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
Perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair on heating, cooling, and piping systems.
Assemble, measure, cut, and install ductwork, wiring, and fittings using hand and power tools.
Conduct minor electrical and plumbing maintenance in accordance with HVAC codes and specifications.
Maintain detailed and accurate service and maintenance records.
Ensure all work meets state codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support HVAC construction work, including layout, demolition, and system installation.
Coordinate with other trades and assist in project planning as needed.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in various environments, including at heights and on ladders.
Able to estimate materials and plan work efficiently.
2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or industrial).
HVAC certification or technical training (preferred but not required).
Valid Michigan Driver’s License (required).
Authorization to work in the United States (required).
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Must be able to pass a background check.
